About Us

ALLAR Lawn and Landscape was founded by Ryan K. Allar as a sole-proprietorship in April of 2005. As business "grew," Ryan saw the need to establish a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in January of 2009. Since the beginning, our customer base has grown tremendously. We are very proud of this, as most of our clients are from referrals or are repeat customers, who are very satisfied with our initial work.

Based out of Donaldson, Pennsylvania, we primarily serve Western Schuylkill, as well as Northern Lebanon and Dauphin Counties. At times, opportunities arise for us to travel outside of our typical service area, allowing us to explore some unique challenges. We are a fully insured and licensed contractor in the state of Pennsylvania, PA Contractor #003059.

Ryan is a 2005 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, with an AAS Degree in Landscape/Nursery Technology. He is the recipient of the Horticulture Faculty Award, Associated Landscape Contractors of America Endowed Scholarship, Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association Scholarship, and was awarded an Honorary Membership to the Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association.
